Beautiful located in a quiet country setting on pristine Norris Lake. This property has everything: a great floor plan, outdoor living and the perfect location on Norris Lake. Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina are roughly 10-15 minutes away. The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Cedar Grove marina in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that the owners pontoon may be on the outside of the dock.

Good to know

-The home is located in Cape Norris on a peaceful cove right behind Cedar Grove Marina in a no wake zone. This property does have year around water. Jimmy's place & Bubba Brews is about 15 minutes away by land & roughly 20-30 minutes away by water. -The home is equipped with a spacious kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, dishwasher, large fridge, countertop eye burner, over the range microwave, & a large kitchen table! Please note this property does not have a traditional oven. There is a countertop convection oven on the countertop for your baking needs. The home also includes black stone flat top with propane on site that we provide, WIFI, & smart tv's throughout the entire house. Please note cable is not provided. -There is a private dock for use w/ a swim ladder! Your trailer can be left at the property (just please note the road is tight in areas) & you can put in at cedar grove marina! The dock does not have power currently -Please note, this part of the lake has year around water and although you'll have normal lake levels from May to mid to late August, the lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the Fall and raised again in the Spring & can fluctuate year to year.

-Check in is at 5 & Check out is at 10 & you must be 25 to rent -House includes All Linens, bath towels, pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, etc. -A STARTER supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, & trash bags (indoor & outdoor) -Recommended items to bring: Extra trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, toilet paper, beach towels for hot tubs or lake, & all personal soaps, shampoo, & conditioners. -3 Car max limit -No smoking or parties allowed anywhere on the property. -We provide propane tanks. -There are outdoor security cameras for protection since this is a year round rental. -Check in and out times are firm unless approved in advance. -Nearest grocery store is Ingles which is 10-15 minutes away. -No pets are allowed at our properties -We also often rent these houses in the off season month to month. I can't say enough great things. This place was amazing. It looked just as the pictures, clean, peaceful. We tripped the breaker one night and they were quick to respond and help us locate the breaker box. Norris Lake is our yearly family vacation, but this is our first year staying at an Airbnb over the Marina and I don't think we'll ever stay at the marina again. This home spoiled us! We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful place in the lake! Very impressed with the sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was stocked and was very pleased with the baby items they had on hand. They even had a baby changing table and pack in play and baby tub! I literally didn’t have to worry about anything. We will definitely be back! Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful house on the lake. Our family had a blast!

This was hands down one of the best air bnbs I have stayed in! The house was exactly as pictured and described, it was spotlessly clean with no awful fragrance smells and had all the amenities needed and more. We extended our stay at this house because it was so perfect and would stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home! Beautifully furnished and so functional and accommodating! Loved the outdoor entertaining space and being water front! It was also private and peaceful! Will stay there again
