We had the best time ever on our multigenerational vacation at Swan Seymour. Our host Gunner immediately responded to all my questions. After he happily explained some of the procedures to me, I realized all my questions would have been answered if I had read the information already given more carefully. We had 14 family members and were extremely comfortable and never ran out of fun things to do at the home. We would love to visit again!

The house and location were absolutely amazing! The weather wasn’t as grand as we would liked but we had the beautiful house to play board games. Absolutely everything you need for the beach, cooking meals and cleaning. I have never stayed in such a well stocked house as this one. And…. The cookware and dishes were good quality!! The beds were comfortable and spacious! Nearly soundproof walls kept us from hearing anything except the chairs scraping the floor upstairs. Very responsive host! Thank you for sharing your home!!

By far the hospitable house we’ve ever rented. Everything was as described or far better. Location is great, views amazing, interior of the house was clean and layout was excellent. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks!

The rental was very clean and had easy access to the lake. My family enjoyed the kayaks and the hot tub. The bedrooms were very spacious. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a real plus. The downstairs bathroom only had two full sized towels for a 4-night visit, but overall the accommodations were great!

Oyster House B2 was an amazing home. We had three families together for a Spring Break trip. A good combination younger children, teenagers and adults. House was completely stocked with necessary items. Two dishwashers is a nice touch. Plenty of room and proximity to the beach is excellent. Ft. Morgan was a very relaxed atmosphere. No traffic unless we were chose to endure it.
