Located two miles from historic Fort Morgan this upscale and elegant dual duplex sits on sugar white beaches with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax and enjoy the Gulf of Mexico from your covered balcony. Swim in the designer pool or sit under one of the pool's waterfalls. Watch the kids from the covered patio / observation area 5 steps from the pool. Or take the bridge over the pool to the beach or take a dip in the Gulf. It is a walk of less than two minutes on your boardwalk.

-THIS UNIT SHARES A POOL WITH 3 OTHER UNITS. -This is a custom home, elaborately detailed and decorated - very unique for a rental offering. It comfortably fits multiple families (Sleeps 20), and is situated near multiple amenities listed below! -The home is equipped with a spacious kitchen equipped with a combination coffee maker, 2 dishwashers, 2 large fridges, 2 ovens, one convection, microwave, air fryers, crockpots, 2 sets of washer & dryers, covered balconies, covered parking, wet bar, & much more! The home also includes a shared pool with the 3 other units at the property! We have high speed fiber internet with WIFI mesh systems throughout with Smart TV’s pre loaded with all your favorite streaming apps & Youtube TV as well! There is a shared propane grill at the bottom of the unit between both our units. It is rust resistant however the salt air destroys everything so while the outside may look great, the inside could have some rust. It is advisable to use aluminum foil when you place your food inside the grill! Each unit has their own grilling utensils as well! -If you are looking for a quiet, secluded place to enjoy the ocean and mother nature, this is it. There is Fort Morgan Marina where you can charter deep sea or inshore fishing trips and Tacky Jacks restaurant (.4 miles away), right across the street. Stop by the Sassy Bass Amazin' Grill (6 mins away) for some local Navy Cove oysters or one of their specialty drinks and a few other restaurants and stores close by. -The ferry to Dauphin Island is 4 minutes away from the property to visit the Sea Lab & runs multiple times daily (weather permitting). We will send the link to the schedule once the booking is complete! -Historic Fort Morgan is only 5 minutes away which has been around since 1834. We will send a link to it as well once the booking is confirmed! -For Golf, There are two courses nearby with several others within a 30 minutes range. Kiva Dunes (8 minutes away) & Peninsula Golf & Racquet (19 minutes, 27 hole course) are the most popular in the area! -If you want major outlet shopping or more night activity, Downtown Gulf Shores is 18 miles East. Although Downtown is 18 miles away, we want to be very clear and transparent that you will need to budget about 30 min driving there and back based on traffic and distance depending on the time of year. If you want to plan a trip to Foley which is further North, plan for a total of 45 min. Our home is in a great remote spot away from crowds so expect longer drive time. However, there are many restaurants now closer than downtown and several markets for basic food and pantry items. -Groceries - There is a Walmart 19 miles away for all your grocery and pick up needs as well! -There is high speed internet (1 Gig) with a WI-FI mesh system throughout as well as a printer for your use!

Other Details to Note

-Check in is at 4 & Check out is at 10 & you must be 25 to rent -While all homes/units are on pilings, once you make entry, all living is on one floor. -We are beachfront! We do have a boardwalk that protects the dunes in front of our home & is roughly a 2 minute walk to the beach. If every home had their own walkway to the beach, Hurricanes (like Sally that hit us in 2020) would cause a lot more damage to our home and the beach itself. -• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” -We provide a limited amount of beach towels, games, one cooler, 2 umbrellas which must all be accounted for at the end of your stay. They are located in the closet right outside the main door. It is recommended to bring extra! -There is a shared propane grill at the bottom of the unit between both our units. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Master closet & bunk room closets will be lock & act as our cleaning closet. VACATION RENTAL SHORT TERM LEASE AGREEMENT This Vacation Rental Short Term Lease Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made by and between Lake Norris Chalets (“Owner”) and the Guest. Owner and Guest may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.” For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows: 1. Property. The Property is owned by Owner. The Property is fully furnished by Owner and equipped for light housekeeping. The following amenities are included in the Property: - microwave - dishwasher - refrigerator - washer - dryer - cable - wifi - pool - linens - towels A starter supply of household cleaning products may be available in the Property for use. Guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies and all food and beverages. Guest acknowledges that there are certain risks associated with pools. Use of the pool is at the user’s own risk, and Owner will not be responsible for any injuries. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool or the beach. 2. Rental Party. All persons in the rental party will be bound by the terms of this Agreement. 3. Maximum Occupancy is 20. A charge of $50.00 per person per night will be assessed for each person who stays in the Property in addition to the Rental Party. Guest will be charged without notice for additional persons staying in the Property and not disclosed to Owner. 4. Visitors. A visitor is an occupant of the Property who is not staying overnight. The total number of persons permitted in the Property at any given time is limited to the maximum occupancy listed above. 5. Rental Period & Check-In. The Property will be ready for Guest’s occupancy beginning at 4:00 PM on the Arrival Date and the Property must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the Departure Date, unless otherwise agreed by Owner. If Guest or any member of the Rental Party remains on the Property beyond the Departure Date, they are responsible for a $100 fine per hour after the 10:00 AM checkout time. 6. Keys & Access Codes. Owner will provide Guest with one (1) key(s), which will unlock the front door to the Property. Guest is not allowed to make duplicate keys. A fee of $100.00 will be charged to Guest for failure to return a key. Any attempt to access a locked area is just cause for immediate termination of this Agreement, forfeiture of all rent paid, and Guest will be liable for any missing items or damage. Owner will provide Guest with access codes to the Lockbox for front door & wifi password. 7. Rental Rules & Restrictions. Guest agrees to abide by the following restrictions by Owner (the “Rules”): (A) Smoking is not permitted inside the Property (B) Pets are not permitted on the Property (C) Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00AM (D) Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles (E) Please treat the Property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived. (F) You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to Lake Norris Chalets from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. If any person in the Rental Party fails to follow any of the Rules, the Rental Party may be asked to vacate the Property and Guest will forfeit all rent paid. 8. Furnishings. The following furnishings will be provided with the Property: - Bed & TVs will be furnished as well as utensils, pots, pans, linens, towels, etc. Furnishings are subject to change without notice. Furniture, bedding, kitchen equipment, utensils, and any other personal property supplied with the Property must not be removed from the Property. Loss of any items within the Property or damage to the Property or furnishings in excess of normal wear and tear will be charged to Guest. The Property will be inspected by Owner after Guest’s departure. All contents of the Property are the property of Owner. If an item should break, Guest must notify Owner immediately. Guest is not permitted to alter the wiring of any television, computer, or gaming equipment. 9. Parking. Guest may only park in designated parking area. Any illegally parked cars may be subject to towing and/or fines. 10. Mechanical Failures. Owner attempts to properly maintain the Property. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, cable service, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items. 11. Acts of God. If there is a storm or severe weather and a mandatory evacuation order is issued by state or local authorities, Guest shall be entitled to a prorated refund for each night Guest is unable to occupy the Property. Owner will not be liable or deemed in default under this Agreement for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations due to or arising out of any act not within its control, including, without limitation, acts of God. 12. Limitation on Liability. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur to any member of the Rental Party or Guest’s visitors while in the Property or on the Property. Owner is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables belonging to any member of the Rental Party or any of Guest’s visitors. Guest agrees to assume the risk of any harm arising from use of the Property. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL OWNER BE LIABLE TO GUEST OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR GUEST’S RENTAL OF THE PROPERTY OR USE OF THE PROPERTY. IN NO EVENT WILL OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF OWNER SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. 13. Indemnification. Guest acknowledges that the use of the Property by the Rental Party and Guest’s visitors is entirely at their own risk. Guest will indemnify and hold harmless Owner from any and all expenses, costs, damages, suits, actions, or liabilities whatsoever arising from or related to any and all loss of or damage to personal property, injury or death resulting from the use or occupancy of the Property or the failure of any member of Rental Party or Guest’s visitors to observe the Rules and restrictions set forth in Paragraph 7. 14. Violation of Agreement. If Guest or any member of the Rental Party violates any of the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to maximum occupancy, visitors and rental rules and restrictions, Owner may evict Guest and the Rental Party from the Property and Guest will forfeit all rent and security deposit paid. 15. Governing Law. This Agreement and all transactions contemplated by this Agreement will be governed by, and constructed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee (not including its conflicts of laws provisions). Great spot for a family vacation! The private beach and the shared pool were great for the kids. The place had everything we needed for our families. The double appliances were super helpful. Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again. It was a pleasant relaxing stay. Great views from the rooms and the balcony of the ocean and pool. Overall super clean and comfortable. The hosts were responsive and nice.

This place exceeded our expectations. There were so many amenities provided, such as boogie boards, beach chairs and towels, toys, nets and shovels. The weather throughout our stay was glorious! We enjoyed both the ocean and the pool. The washer and dryer sets were essential! Two of all appliances were perfect! Anything we needed in the kitchen was there. Being on the upper level was another blessing. We used the outside porch to the max! Definitely recommend Norris Lake Chalet for large families.
